How to Apply

STEP 1: Check if we have facilities in your area. Click here and fill up the form with your complete address to check serviceability of your location.
Important: 
(a). We will reply to you within 24 hours of receipt of the form.
(b). Provide complete contact details especially your email address.
(c). Give your complete address

STEP 2: Once your area is serviceable, we will send you the application form for you to fill up. We will also notify you if your area is non-serviceable

STEP 3: Download the Application Form here. Print it, fill up the form clearly and sign it (both front and back). Take a picture of the completely filled up form then send it back to albert.converge@gmail.com including the requirements.

(b). Incomplete requirements will not be processed

STEP 4: After processing and if everything is in order, you will receive an email containing your Account Number and instructions on how to make the initial payment. Please click here for the details of the initial payment required and where you can pay.

STEP 5: Once you settle the initial payment, you need to take a picture of the Proof of Payment and send it back by uploading to the link provided in your email.

STEP 6: Upon receipt of the Proof of Payment, we will now proceed with Installation
